Using fresh, extra lean ground beef, cooked with onions and cheese, and served on a Martin Potato Roll, White Manna’s sliders were crowned the second best burgers in the country, according to a list released by The Daily Meal.
“Nobody really makes burgers like us. If you compare us to fast food, it’s totally different. Even if you compare us to gourmet burgers, they can’t compete with us,” said Ronny Cohen, owner of White Manna Hamburgers.
Since gaining national attention, White Manna has drawn visitors from all over the world and celebrities like Anthony Bourdain and model Bella Hadid.
Due to the pandemic, White Manna’s team had to adjust their small restaurant to continue serving their loyal customers.
Customers can now order in person, through a window, or place their orders online at their website.
Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, Cohen hopes to continue serving his iconic burgers while adjusting to any obstacles that may arise.
“The burgers are delicious and on top of that you have the place that is art deco with a story and a story so people love it,” Cohen said.
